Minnesota man wins 1938 Chevy two-door Sedan raffle

Bob Proulx of Crookston, Minn., was declared the winner of a 1938 Chevy two-door Sedan at the Fourth of July Rodeo celebration in Mandan. Working alongside the Pioneer Auto Club for one year, the Medcenter One Foundation raised $75,000 by selling $5 raffle tickets for the fully refurbished sedan. The sedan is valued at more than $35,000.

Estate jewelry—a diamond bracelet—valued at $1,158 was the second prize as part of this raffle. Kent Preble’s name was drawn making him the winner of the bracelet. Preble is from Mandan.

Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Amber’s Dream—the transformation of the Medcenter One Children's Hospital.

The Pioneer Auto Club worked with Dale’s Auto Restoration to have the vintage Chevy restored.
