"Happiest Baby on the Block" class
Do you suffer sleepless nights because of a crying baby? Find out about effective ways to calm your baby in the “Happiest Baby on the Block” class. New parents will learn step-by-step how to help babies sleep longer and soothe even the fussiest infant in minutes or less.
This class is free and open to the public. Parents will receive a kit which contains “The Happiest Baby on the Block” DVD and “Soothing Sounds” CD. This class takes place in the Well-Baby Clinic (take elevator C to the fifth floor of the hospital).

Nursing moms support group
This is a chance for nursing moms to get answers to their questions about breastfeeding. Plus it’s a way to spend time getting to know other women who are breastfeeding. The nursing moms support group is a place for getting and sharing tips. Moms are welcome to bring their babies.
The support group meets in the Well Baby Clinic near Birthcenter One on the fifth floor of Medcenter One Hospital, 300 N. Seventh St., Bismarck. This group is free and open to the public. For more information, call Birthcenter One at 701.323.6598.
The group meets 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesdays each month.
Well Baby Clinic
A Well Baby Clinic is offered every Tuesday (except holidays) from 1—4 p.m. and an evening Well Baby Clinic the first Tuesday of each month from 5—7 p.m.
The clinic is located at Birthcenter One, on 5th floor of the hospital using elevator C.
No appointments are needed. Just stop by during the clinic hours and a registered nurse will weigh your baby and answer any questions you may have.
This is an opportunity for you to join us and gain educational experience that will benefit not only your baby, but also your family. It also allows you to meet other families with babies, too!
