About us

Medcenter One Mandan Care Center off Collins is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility with large private and semi-private rooms. It is located in a quiet area of north Mandan and is owned and operated by Medcenter One.

As a skilled nursing facility, we are prepared to accept residents with a wide variety of needs ranging from basic care to complex medical conditions requiring such accommodations as IV therapy, port access or feeding tubes. We also provide onsite rehabilitation services for both short-term stays and long-term care residents. You will find a very homelike atmosphere at Mandan Care Center off Collins.

Administrator
Jim Hawkins is the licensed administrator at Medcenter One Mandan Care Center off Collins. He is a registered nurse with experience in intensive care and surgical units. He has a master’s degree in nursing administration as well as a master’s of business administration in healthcare from the University of Mary in Bismarck. Hawkins is a member of the Long-Term Care Association Legislative Committee. He is a retired Army aviation warrant officer helicopter pilot and a former member of a U.S. Army Special Forces Unit.

He has a personal commitment to provide the best quality care possible to the residents of this facility.
