Physician services
The medical provider team consists of doctors and nurse practitioners. They make required onsite visits to assess resident health status and treat illnesses and chronic disease.
We understand the importance of the relationship between you and your medical provider. If your current medical provider is available, we welcome him or her to continue providing your care while residing with us. If you wish to use your current doctor, they must have privileges at a local hospital, be willing to complete the required visits and have proper arrangements for on-call services.
