Medcenter One Neurosurgery
Neuroscience at Medcenter One is a comprehensive treatment and diagnostic center of excellence. Neurosurgeons specialize in surgical treatment of brain and spine disorders, such as tumors, disc disease, injuries and deformities.
The neurosciences program doctors and staff developed expertise in long-term monitoring for seizures. We also added the StealthStation™ Treatment Guidance Platform—a precision navigational system designed to guide the surgical team to the exact site of a disorder.

 Disc replacement surgery helps Bismarck man 11.6.2010
Dr. Thomas Spagnolia, a Medcenter One neurosurgeon, performed disc replacement surgery on Patrick Conmy because he had three pinched nerves. Following surgery, Conmy doesn’t have arm pain like he did before.
