Medcenter One Women’s Health Center Groove instructors receive certification
BISMARCK, N.D.—The Medcenter One Women’s Health Center recently hosted a workshop to train instructors to teach Group Groove—a fitness dance class combining club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating music and supportive instruction. The Women’s Health Center fitness instructors who attended the training and obtained certification as Groove instructors are Ali Brink, Melanie Carvell, Jean Dunn-Gefroh, April Robinson, Kayla Schramm, Laura Shield, Stacey Thomas, Beth Thune, Kathy VanLishout, Emily Vasey, Holly Voight and Tracey Wiese-Sander.
